Filter settings enhanced for the shown effects

actually i can set a filter by text . as a fx can obtain many many values a more complex filtering like that in the fx filtering of REAPER irtself (search AND search OR search NOT search) could be nice here. so “foo OR bar” shows all foostuff and barstuff .. “foo AND bar” would show a foobar and barfoo (if its there) an “foo NOT bar” would show all containing foo but not bar.
